Listings are refreshed several times an hour. If a home matches your profile, your phone goes off within minutes.
Respond with one tap
The full address is open, your reply text is written and your tenant file is attached. You respond directly to the landlord or agent. We make sure you are first.
I saw your home on Kruisstraat 12 with great interest and would love to view it. I am in permanent employment and my tenant file is attached. I am available from 1 November.
Honest about what we are
Huurtreffer is a search service. We gather and check the rental homes offered by landlords, agents, housing complexes and student housing providers across the Netherlands and bring them together in one place, refreshed several times an hour. We are not an agency and not a landlord: you respond yourself, directly to the landlord or agent, and they decide who gets the home.
A pass is a one-off payment for a fixed period. It buys you the head start in the first 48 hours after a home goes online, plus the help with responding. A pass is no guarantee of a home. It does put you at the front of the queue: you see new homes straight away with the full address, you get fast alerts and your reply text is ready. How many homes come up in your city and your budget is not something we decide.
Every home is checked daily to see whether it is still available. Once a home is gone at the landlord or agent, it disappears from your overview here too.

- Moving bundle: change of address, energy and internet sorted
- A year of rent watch after you move
One payment. Ends by itself. iDEAL or PayPal.No direct debit and no silent renewal. There is nothing to cancel.
* Until You Find Pass extension promise: if you have no home within 60 days, we extend your pass free of charge in periods of 30 days, until you have one, up to a maximum of 6 months after purchase. Conditions: you keep an active search profile for the whole period, you request the extension yourself within 30 days of the end date and you do not have a home yet. Once per customer.
